Stretching is vital for strength and growth (hypertrophy) so every training session is completed with a cool down and stretch using non painful methods. Did you know that stretching before weights is counter-productive? Our trainers believe in methods of warm up and cool down that is safe, effective and does not directly stretch the muscle fibres but offers the same results.
